Alexandra Valencia is a former Intelligence Research Specialist
with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), where
she contributed to numerous criminal investigations involving
drug and weapons trafficking, financial crimes, and terrorist
financing. One of her major cases focused on Colombia’s
largest cocaine supply network supporting the Sinaloa Cartel,
a complex investigation that spanned multiple countries and
agencies.
Today, Ms. Valencia serves as a Senior BSA/AML Analyst in the
financial industry, where she continues her mission to combat
financial crimes. With the rapid rise of scams and fraud, she
has developed a strong interest in cryptocurrency
investigations and compliance.
Driven by a passion for community education and financial
safety, Ms. Valencia founded Crypto Made for Me — an
initiative designed to provide practical, judgment-free
education about digital assets. Her goal is to help everyday
individuals navigate the crypto space with clarity and
